Mekko Bears are handcrafted, jointed bears designed with love and attention to detail. Each bear has a whimsical and cozy personality, making them perfect companions for collectors and gift-givers alike.

Mekko Bears are designed as collectible keepsakes and are best suited for older children (ages 6+) or adults. Due to small parts and detailed craftsmanship, they may not be ideal for very young children.

To keep your bear looking its best:

Spot clean with a damp cloth when needed.

Avoid machine washing or submerging in water.

Keep them away from direct sunlight to preserve their colors.

At this time, our bears are designed as part of themed collections and cannot be customized. However, stay tuned for new designs and limited editions!

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged products with complete unboxing video within 14 days of delivery. Customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
• Process: To request a return, email us at mekkobears@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Mekko Bears does not offer a formal warranty. However, we inspect each product carefully to ensure quality.
