2. Orders and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept QRPH, Gcash and Credit Card Payments

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days. Customized orders may take 10-14 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Fees depend on destination and shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location and customs processes.
  • Delays: Mekko Bears is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged products with complete unboxing video within 14 days of delivery. Customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Process: To request a return, email us at mekkobears@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

5. Warranty 

  • Mekko Bears does not offer a formal warranty. However, we inspect each product carefully to ensure quality.

Each Mekko Bear comes with care instructions. Customers are responsible for following these instructions to maintain the bear’s quality.
